Our school has this “Stone Tablet Policy” which basically says that there is no excuse for not turning in your assignments and that you must turn them in even if you have to carve it into a stone tablet.

So this kid carved his 8 page essay about California drug laws into $70 worth of limestone.

Artist Rob Gonsalves was born in Toronto, Canada in 1959. During his childhood, he developed an interest in drawing from imagination using various media.  By age twelve, his awareness of architecture grew as he learned perspective techniques and began to do his first paintings and renderings of imagined buildings.

Wicked Clothes presents: the 'Fearful of the Night' Sweater!

"I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night."

Though commonly attributed to Galileo Galilei, this quote is actually from the poem The Old Astronomer by Sarah Williams.

About

I'm new to this tumblr thing but it seems like a wonderful way to express one's self so here goes nothing.

I'm a second year college student with a love for music, reading, nature, human rights, computer games, and lots of other things.

I do not know if I have a hobby or some common activity people relate to but I'm really into yoga, the Sims franchise (loving Sims medieval right now!), and attempting healthier, greener living.
